Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
