Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and stock shelves efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize errors and losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
