Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring a clean store environment. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide outstanding service.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and basic equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
