Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall presentation. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Comply with company policies and ensure document security.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
