Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will entail providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, upkeep of store cleanliness, and organized shelving.
- Offer outstanding customer assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies to reduce losses.
- Adhere to company policies, maintain document security and confidentiality.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
