Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
