Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance through stocking and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in stock inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
