Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers and ensure compliance with company policies.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and stock merchandise, operate store equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Customer service experience and cash handling skills preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
