Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with stocking merchandise to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves according to company standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with store inventory counts, and report any discrepancies.
• Operate cash register accurately and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
