Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining product displays. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
