Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
