Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring the shelves are stocked, providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain displays neatly.
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
