Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively is essential to ensure the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate clearly with the team and store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register.
  • Skills in using store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
