Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist in a dynamic retail environment. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and general store issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Efficient cash register operation and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
