Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
