Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and use of store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
