Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide prompt customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
