Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory management, and assist in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of meeting cleaning and stocking standards
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Prior retail experience preferred
