Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with the management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Follow cash handling policies and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
