We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service during shopping experiences.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and store management effectively.
  • Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize errors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
