Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, clean, and that customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
