Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register with efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is beneficial.
