Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in regular store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail and cash handling is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
