Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
