Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. This full-time role entails ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and keep shelves neat
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service at all times
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory control tasks and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
