Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. As part of the Aldi team, you will collaborate with colleagues to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean store appearance.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.
  • Follow company cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
