We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring the store's overall appearance and operations are top-notch.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Stock and merchandise products, ensuring shelves are neatly organized.
• Collaborate with team members to handle inventory, address customer concerns, and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
