Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, and supporting your team in delivering a superior shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management
  • Take inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues or discrepancies
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures for security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Capability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous
