Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valued member of our store, you will contribute to creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and efficient stock management.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI values, competencies, and professional skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational concerns.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
