Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly and accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures, ensuring a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
