Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your role will focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on products
• Adhere to cash policies and ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register
• Capable of safely using store equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
