Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and guiding customers during their shopping experience.
  • Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security and confidentiality.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
