Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized merchandise displays
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
  • Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in retail is advantageous
