Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and collaborate effectively with team members
- Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures
- Adhere to company policies and maintain data security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail is advantageous
