Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. You will collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service, contributing to an excellent shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products and maintain attractive displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
