Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise and maintain displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
  • Provide friendly and prompt customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure store environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
