Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, including cashiering, stocking, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback on products.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
