Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, including cashiering, stocking, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback on products.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
