Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As an integral part of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management
• Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
