Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing their inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold company standards.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately during customer transactions.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed in this role at Aldi.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
