We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering duties, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
