Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers during their shopping journey and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to contribute to store improvement.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures with attention to detail and security.
• Adhere to all company guidelines while maintaining document confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient and accurate cashier operation skills.
• Capable of operating store equipment safely and correctly.
• Skilled in maintaining cleanliness to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience working in a retail setting is an advantage.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
