Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and contributing to the overall store management.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies, uphold security standards, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Ability to meet physical demands and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
