Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and provide excellent customer service
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Give feedback on products, inventory, and any store issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
  • Follow company policies and maintain security and confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Safe equipment operation and cleaning skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
