Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters to management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
