Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-maintained, and supporting daily operations.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Perform cashier duties efficiently and accurately.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
