Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in various parts of the rental or return process at our airport lots.
• Provide excellent customer service by checking cars, processing rentals, and addressing customer queries.
• Work outdoors and adapt to different tasks depending on the location.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and willingness to work outdoors.
