Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care and support as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure patients receive the necessary time and attention.
• Participate in mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills and lifetime patient care.

Qualifications

• Active dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Proficiency in dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with tools like Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, and electronic medical record systems.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and growth in clinical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions periodically.
