Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care and education.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental procedures and patient documentation.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent understanding of dental procedures and patient care.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New graduate or clinical experience.
• Proficiency in using dental technology and record systems.
• Desire for continuous learning and patient care improvement.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic training sessions.
