Dice Line Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Dice Line Lead to join Cargill's global team in Timberville, VA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $21.90/hr and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug insurance, as well as 401(k) with matching contributions and tuition reimbursement.

Principal Accountabilities

• Rotate through various positions on the production line such as Grinder Operator, Brine, Tumbler, and more.
• Set up and operate machinery, conduct weighing and grinding, and drive equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork and perform other duties as required.
• Read and understand meat inventories, product formulas, and specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Above 18 years of age with proficient English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Experience with IPFS and SAP systems is a plus.
