Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of the Global Medical Affairs department, you will report directly to the Global Medical Affairs Molecule Lead (GMAL), Sleep, and play a crucial role in developing an integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan for the molecule. Your responsibilities will include partnering with regional and global teams, driving high-quality scientific and strategic communications, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of Medical Affairs and/or clinical development experience in neurosciences, strong organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated Global Medical strategy for Sleep.
- Create annual cross-functional global Sleep Integrated Evidence Generation Plans.
- Work with Medical Communications team on communication strategy and publication plans.
- Review medical education grant and trial proposals for quality.
- Provide medical insights for pipeline development and due diligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional Medical Affairs.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and contribute to the global expert engagement plan.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Clinical experience in Neurology/Psychiatry, especially in Sleep.
- 7-10 years of Medical Affairs and/or clinical development experience in neurosciences.
- Experience in developing Global Medical Affairs Strategies and Plans.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Doctorate degree required, MD degree strongly preferred.

Salary
The base pay range for this role is $200,000-$300,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, and flexible paid vacation.
