District Manager - Current College Student - Jefferson Division

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated District Manager who is a current college student to join the Jefferson Division team at Aldi. As a District Manager, you will supervise the operations of an entire district, leading employees and driving sales growth for our rapidly expanding grocery retail company. Responsibilities

• Assess, establish, and implement appropriate store staffing levels.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans.
• Recruit and recommend qualified employees.
• Facilitate store meetings and provide feedback to leadership.
• Manage store personnel, inventory procedures, and cash control policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of human resource management and ability to manage store personnel effectively.
